The staff members were expetional. Manager Anwar was one of the best I've ever met. He leads highly motivated, experienced customer service focused team members. I would like to name a few; Riyadh, Sultan, Wejdan, and the rest of the front desk team. Aslo Aizaz from the car ride section. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Also, I would like to mention that executive lounge area staff were amazing, to say the least.

Space for work (very good disk), lighting system is amazing, bathroom can be open to the room with privacy for the shower and toilet, bathtub, the coffee machine was a grand addition...

1) The receptionist at check-in time was excellent. All the staff were friendly. 2) The hotel is very clean 3) There are lot of varieties in the breakfast buffet

-location is great showing Riyadh city skyline -The room is great , wide , bright and clean with all facilities -Room service and hotel valet parking is great with great staff -Special thanks to Ms. Noora from guest relations for her cooperation and help .She helped us to have an exceptional experience
